Mirror your design before cutting. 2. For puff, follow standard HTV: place dull side up on cutting mat. 3. Cut with standard blade depth – avoid overly fine text or very large solid areas for best puff effect. 4. Weed excess vinyl carefully. 5. Position design on fabric. 6. Apply heat with heat press: 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds, medium pressure. 7. Peel while hot – carefully remove carrier sheet immediately after pressing. 8. For maximum puffiness, apply a second press with the same settings – the vinyl will puff up even more. Application Tips Test on a scrap fabric piece before your final project. For best results, use a hard heat press mat and even pressure. Avoid intricate details – puff vinyl works best with bolder designs. Wait 24 hours before first wash; turn garment inside out.
